The 16th Annual Rodman Ride for Kids

Saturday, September 30, 2006

Foxboro, MA

Judge Baker Children's Center is proud to be part of the 16th Annual Rodman Ride for Kids, a fundraiser benefiting dozens of local children's social service organizations and youth programs in Massachusetts.

The Ride for Kids is a one-day cycling tour that raises money for nonprofit agencies that promote healthy, positive lives for children throughout New England. Since its inception in 1991, the Rodman Ride for Kids has raised more than $21 million for a variety of organizations that serve children at-risk. Beneficiaries of the Ride work together, year-round, to collaborate on the planning and implementation of this annual event.

Last year, 1,200 riders biked 25, 50, or 100 miles through Southeastern Massachusetts to raise money for the wonderful agencies supported by the Ride. Amazingly, the Ride raised more than 4 million dollars!

2006 is Judge Baker's first year involved with the Rodman Ride for Kids. All money raised will go to support Judge Baker's programs that ensure the best possible mental health of children and adolescents, through high quality research, intervention, training, and advocacy. Because all of the costs of the Ride are underwritten, 100% of your gift will go to Judge Baker Children's Center.
