The Camille Cosby "Walk a Mile in My Shoes" Essay Contest
We are pleased to announce the launch of our annual Camille Cosby "Walk a Mile in My Shoes" essay Contest. The contest is a special opportunity for girls between the ages of 11 and 14 living in the greater Boston area to share their experiences about growing up today in urban America. The deadline for this year's contest is Friday, December 7, 2007. Cash prizes of up to $100 will be awarded and all particpating girls will be honored at our awards luncheon. This year's contest also features an exciting opportunity for girls to express themselves through art. One lucky girl (or group of girls) will have her artwork featured as the cover of our essay book!
