Ms. Sudikoff has been at JBCC since 2003 and is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring and updating all of the organizations personnel policies as well as complying with all of the applicable federal, state, local and employment laws. Ms. Sudikoff has a strong interest in benefits and employee relations, during her time at the center; she has made substantial changes in both areas. Prior to arriving at JBCC, she was an HR Consultant at KPMG for 9 years. In her spare time, Ms. Sudikoff is a Playspace Volunteer at Horizons for Homeless Children and an active "scrapbooker", decorator and Pilates enthusiast!
